Mini Bowl, Here we come!!

A BIG Congratulations to GARRETT!!! He is going to the Football Mini Bowl. His team is UNDEFEATED and has only been scored 2 times this entire season. They will be playing @ Weber State University this Saturday. How cool is that???? His first season in football and to go all the way. We are so excited for him and his team. This is the first time a Clearfield team has made it this far in 15 years. Hopefully not to stop here. Good luck Garrett and have a GREAT time. WE will be cheering you on all the way.

What we've been up too.

This year I only have Garrett and Zach to play with when they are off track. We had a great time doing activities that they chose. We played for 3 weeks, just the 3 of us. We took a trip to the Zoo, went to the movie, the Dinosaur Park, Antelope Island, had some family come and visit us, and we ended the fun filled 3 weeks with a trip to Jungle Jim's, where we had the entire play land to ourselves.


At the Zoo we saw baby Giraffs, baby lepards, baby tigers and the cutest baby elephant ever!

Travis just had his very first Choir Concert. He was AWESOME!! They sang Ol' Time Rock N Roll and he had a SoLo. It was so fun.

Grandma and Grandpa came up to support Garrett and Travis in football. Thanks!

The Dinosaur Park was fun. I'm just glad that my boys still enjoy hanging out with me.

Boys being boys. They grow up way too fast. You can never let a moment go by without making a memory out of it. I love you guys so much.

We love Football Season!

This is the 2nd week into football and it has proven to be GrEaT!! We already love football, but being able to watch you own children succeed at the sport makes it sooo much more lovable. Grandma & Sonny met us in Brigham City to watch Travis' team get rocked.



This is Garrett's game. He did AwEsOmE! He is the 3rd from the end, the only one in position. #14. Garrett has been playing on Offense, Kick return, and kicking teams. He has really been enjoying playing football. It could help that they haven't even been scored on yet and they are winning by 40+ points.

After the game. Doesn't look very happy for just winning 49-0. Well....... a kid from the other team just pushed him in the back HARD, and he went down to the ground. Ya know, this is football, go ahead and tackle him the right way, but don't mess with the kids or you'll have to deal with MOM!

At least he still has his sense of HuMoR.

What a GoOd trooper. He still is smiling after a tough game & they lost. Travis never gave up or backed down. Even though he was playing against some giant MOOSE. And Dylan in the back ground is a GREAT fan of the Clearfield Thunder.

47-21 was the final score. We tried to hang in there but going up against kids that are 250+lbs doesn't even compare to our 190lb kids. Travis got tossed around like a rag doll. Do you think that stopped him though. NO WAY, Travis made a 50 yrd run from this kick return and made a TD during a different play.

This Saturday 2 more games to watch. Can't wait to see how my boys do.

7 AT LAST!! HAPPY BIRTHDAY

Happy Birthday Zach!! We love you so much and are so glad to have you as part of our family. We have had an AwEsOmE 7 years with you. We feel blessed to have you here with us and you... well, you were going to come no matter WHAT! A tough journey for sure but worth every second. You are such a tough kid and a shining example to us all.

After finally waking up, being served breakfast in bed and getting ready for school he was ready to make us all laugh...... "Hey ladies, take a look at the gun show over here..BOOM BOOM - FIREPOWER"..... Oh we love you ,Zach

This is great! Usually Zach is very mOOdy in the mornings. Here he is cracking a sMiLe. WOW, we should celebrate birthday's every day, Or just serve him breakfast in bed.... Ya right!

Good Morning Zach.... I don't think he was ready to wake up yet.

Birthday breakfast IN bed has become a favorite family tradition. I think the boys look forward to breakfast in bed more than the gifts. When I asked Zach what he would like for his Birthday Breakfast he told me this. "I would like breakfast burritos with the RED sauce (not green) and a honey bun with a candle in it and chocolate milk, and I think that will be all".

Bear Lake

Our trip to Bear Lake was a blast. The boys and I met Grandma and camped with her. It was great to spend time away from the hustle and bustle of our every day lives. We enjoyed the scenery and stopped along the way when we saw found a beautiful spot. This was one.

This water was FrEeZiNg! The stream comes up from out of the ground, the boys walked across to the cavern on the other side. This water made my boys scream like girls.

Garrett and Zach didn't get in the water but they did walk around to the other side to check out the sights.

Dylan soon lost his flip flop.... Luckily Travis is fast and ran down to the bridge and was able to catch the flop before it was lost forever.

We finally made it to Bear Lake. CoLd WaTeR does not scare my boys AT all. We were hanging out on the EAST side by the boat ramp.

Travis, Dylan, and Garrett were riding around in this blow up boat until they found a place fun enough to investigate. They had their fins, snorkles and googles. They found some very InTeReStInG things.

Mom and I always have a blast when we are together. I'm glad that she is living so much closer to me know. Thanks mom for such a fun weekend and accomodating us in your camp site. We LoVe you and miss you always.

Travis made All-Stars!

Travis made All-Stars this year! WOW, I can't believe how many spectators came out to watch this game. Why can't they come during regular season? Anyway, Travis had a great game. Started playing short stop then catcher then back to short stop. Trav had an awesome hit over 2nd base and a couple grounders too.

AWESOME HIT TRAVIS!! He only made it to 1st base. Then stole 2nd.

Then he stole 3rd and those of us that know Travis also know that he won't stay at 3rd for very long. And of course he didn't. As soon as the pitcher turned his back, Travis was heading for home. SAFE!!! And a very nervous mom.

After the game all of Travis' fans were congratulating him on a game well played. What a happy face he sports around. Travis has givin his all in every sport that he plays. We have had a great time watching him and his brothers play. FUN ENTERTAINMENT for sure!

4th of July FUN!!

We had a great time on the 4th. My friend Camille and her kids came up to spend the day with us. It is always awesome to catch up with great friends. The kids all played well together, not even a misunderstanding. MarLee was the only girl with 5 boys to hang with, she fits in so well. Thanks Camille for making time to visit with us before your big trip. Your family is great. Love you all.
